Terms and Conditions for Many Sales Mobile Application

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Many Sales mobile application ("App") provided by Many Sales, Inc. ("Many Sales," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Many Sales App, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein. These Terms apply to all users of the App, including but not limited to buyers, sellers, and other users.

2. Use of the App

The Many Sales App is intended for use by small and medium-sized shops for buying and selling products. You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the App in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

In order to use certain features of the Many Sales App, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

The Many Sales App provides a platform for buyers and sellers to connect and transact. Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for the products they buy and sell through the App, including but not limited to the quality, safety, and legality of such products. Many Sales does not guarantee the availability, quality, or performance of any products listed on the App.

5. Fees and Payments

Many Sales may charge fees for certain features or services offered through the App, such as transaction fees for completed sales. By using such features or services, you agree to pay any applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Intellectual Property

The Many Sales App and all content, features, and functionality thereof, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by Many Sales or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Many Sales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if Many Sales has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Many Sales and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App or any violation of these Terms.

Many Sales reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
